at my location, we have developed a sense of community in between staff members and our patrons as well, by far that is my favorite thing about my current position, being able to help our members and maintain a positive relationship with my coworkers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
PAY MORE FOR STARTERS INVEST IN YOUR BUSINESSES EG IF SOMETHING NEEDS FIXING FIX IT AND GET RID OF SOME OF THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT AS I BELIEVE THERE ARE TOO MANY OF THEM AND NOT ENOUGH FRONT LINE STAFF TO COVER ROTAS OR DO THE JOB.
Being honest about everything and get rid of all of the false promises and lies.
