The leadership team is interested in and actively working on improving their management performance. I pointed out that yearly review comments need to be actionable and they listened and improved!

Interview was a take-home task. It was difficult because I was jumping into a new area of technology. I had to bring all my generalized skills like research, problem solving, persistence, and coding knowledge.

Helpfulness, expertness, and the company culture of being nice to one another. You can't build good technology if you're not working on teams and you can't work on teams if you're not kind to one another.
