What is the best part about your compensation package?
The comprehensive insurance and other aspects like HRA, interactive & fun classes, and so on
The health insurance is comprehensive, fair, and easy to access. Benefits start from day one and there are a variety of things created to ensure our benefits are maximized
Previous workplaces allowed you to contribute to an FSA Plan which allowed you to save some money tax-wise. But here, we have an HRA plan where they contribute money into which you can use for medical expenses!
Good insurance and a health reimbursement account.

What are some of the best things about your team?
The best things about my team is that they are willing to help me learn more about my career while also allowing me the time to explore my interests in my company initiatives
People are happy to be here, and it's contagious.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I had my manager as well as the executive at my interview. It felt candid and comfortable
Same questions are asked to all candidates so I feel it's more equitable and there is less chance of bias.
I had the sense that I was seen as an individual who was considered for a team, not a test score.

Although goals are set, department expectations can feel murky at times and hard to navigate on what needs to happen and it is hard to understand the next steps without having to check in with a manager
