I like solving complex problems and building big, hopefully influential, websites.

It was full of interactions with the people who would become my co-workers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a tie between the generous PTO policy and the health plan, which is quite good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supportiveness and genuine care for one another. I'd also add that there's a real shared passion for the missions of the orgs we work for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I fully trust that they understand our industry and how to keep the company at its leading edge. At they same time, they continue to demonstrate an honest commitment to the employees' happiness and well-being.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every department seems to have incredibly deep talent--sales, strategy, design, technology, all of them are full of real star players. Yet it's not a competitive environment at all; I feel quite comfortable trying out things I'm unsure of, because I trust my co-workers to be supportive.
