Same questions are asked to all candidates so I feel it's more equitable and there is less chance of bias.
I had the sense that I was seen as an individual who was considered for a team, not a test score.

When I interviewed, the process was in it's early stages. Now, I appreciate that it's a collaborative effort focused on hiring for long term success and not as a "Gotcha" for the applicant. Interviewing is HARD and the least we can do is treat people with respect!
