I fully trust that they understand our industry and how to keep the company at its leading edge. At they same time, they continue to demonstrate an honest commitment to the employees' happiness and well-being.

Every department seems to have incredibly deep talent--sales, strategy, design, technology, all of them are full of real star players. Yet it's not a competitive environment at all; I feel quite comfortable trying out things I'm unsure of, because I trust my co-workers to be supportive.
