They are more worried about numbers than they are about their employees. If they took more our of executive bonuses and used it to have enough bodies on the floor helping patients they would be top in their field and retention would be higher.

Providing enough staff to be able to treat patients better. The assignments are often too heavy and lead to poor care simply because there are not enough minutes in the shift.

Better coverage of health benefits would be good. Even if they provided a steep discount to providers in their system only that would help. We deal with people at their sickest. Help us when we fall ill from doing that.
