It depends on who you are working with
Positive, easy to talk to
predominantly attentive to financial details
fair, equitable, compassionate, reflect core values of organization
They advocate for us, but they have to fight against top-down decisions.
collaborative and inclusive approach to leadership
Transparency honest open to lostening
The support the leadership gives the managers.
Humble, kind, humility and volnurable
They let me do my job!
New VP but so far fantastic. Tranparent by the real definition. Personable and just honest.
At first the new manager worked well as a team leader but after a few months it wasn't so good
Their honesty, their character, and desire to do what is best for our patients and community.
Steve Markovitch is the best CEO and cares about his employees and getting them through this pandemic! He literally tears up in his videos because he is so proud of his company and employees and I really believe he has led us in the right direction to get through the pandemic & come out on top!

During COVID, they have supported us throught the tough journey. They let everyone know how much they are appreciated and that we are in this together.

The leadership team is kind and compassionate
Just being a larger part of the team. They don't contribute enough.
Proviiding a supportive and safe environment for employees over the age of 40. Stop the harrassment, unclear communication, comploance to the dress guidlines they have implimented for nursing staff, personal smoke breaks, bullying, staff splitting, and a more professional example of OH core values
Listen to issues and deal with problems
HR needs to weed out employees who have been lazy and problems for years. Each teams needs more staff. Even techs, or ancillary "cheap staff" can be a huge help with full floors. OH is making hand over fist money, spend it on more staff, not million dollar executives.
Everything, they're very weak, no support to staff. They are "yes" puppets for upper management

Listen to associates, come to care sites, get out of your office or house wherever you're at these days!
Knowing what lower level management staff are doing and not tolerating behaviors inconsistent with policy.
Providing enough staff to be able to treat patients better. The assignments are often too heavy and lead to poor care simply because there are not enough minutes in the shift.
Review from Operations Dept
Better staffing ratios. More pay to attacked experienced staff. Many off the chaplin's have quit do to feeling over worked and mgmt has refused to hire more and even changed their schedule without the staffs permission.
Review from Operations Dept
Better communication and better managers
