What did you like most about the interview process?

I interviewed 29 yrs ago. I'm sure the process has had many changes since I was interviewed

Everyone was positive, professional, easy to talk to and very energetic.

The managers themselves were open, and enthusiastic. They all seemed positive about there teams.

The test was long hut the process was seamless

The depth of interviews that allowed me to engage with them. And also to realize the depth they review to hire the best fit.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Recruiters need to understand the positions and departments they are recruiting for and the needs. HR as a whole needs retooling.
