Mr. Jeffrey R. Hennion, also known as Jeff, has been Chief Executive Officer at JEG's Automotive, Inc. since October 16, 2017. From 2002 to 2004, he served as a Vice President of Finance at Dick's Sporting Goods, Inc., during the time of its initial public offering and from 2000 to 2002, he served as a Vice President and Treasurer and served as its Senior Vice President since 2005. He joined Dick's when it was a privately held, regional player and left it as a public, $5 billion national brand. Prior to his tenure at Dick's Sporting Goods, he spent 11 years at Alcoa Inc. and served a variety of finance and treasury roles, including Assistant Treasurer of Global Banking and Corporate Finance and Director of Investor Relations. He has been an Independent Director of Briggs & Stratton Corporation since August 12, 2015. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at Branding Brand, LLC. Previously, he served on the Board of the Pittsburgh Penguins foundation, the Pittsburgh Marathon and the Carnegie Museum. He is one of the visionary leaders of the intersection of marketing and commerce, with a focus on e-commerce and multi-channel strategies. He taught as an Adjunct Professor at Duquesne University. Mr. Hennion holds an M.B.A. in Finance, graduating with highest honors, from Duquesne University and a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.

Dr. Guru Ramanathan, Ph.D., serves as Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President for General Nutrition Corp. (GNC). Dr. Ramanathan has been Chief Innovation Officer and Senior Vice President of GNC Holdings Inc. since December 2009. He served as Senior Vice President of Product and Package Innovation at GNC Corp. Dr. Ramanathan served as Senior Vice President of Scientific Affairs for Pittsburgh headquarters at General Nutrition Centers, Inc. since April 2007 and served as its Senior Vice President of Product & Package Innovation since February 2008. Dr. Ramanathan served as Vice President of Scientific Affairs at General Nutrition Centers since December 2003. He began his employment as Medical Director of General Nutrition Corporation in April 1998. From August 2000 to December 2003, he also provided scientific and clinical trials oversight for the North American subsidiaries of Royal Numico, the former parent company of General Nutrition Corporation. He was a senior director for Royal Numico's U.S. subsidiaries. Prior to joining General Nutrition Corporation, Dr. Ramanathan worked as Medical Director and Secretary for the Efamol subsidiary of Scotia Pharmaceuticals in Boston. From 1984 to 1998, he served as a Pediatric Dentist and Dental Surgeon and held various industry consulting and management roles, as well as clinical, research and teaching appointments in Madras, India and Tufts University and New England Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts. He serves as Non-Executive Director at Prismic Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Dr. Ramanathan holds PhD in Innovation Management from Tufts University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.

Ms. Tricia K. Tolivar has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at GNC Holdings Inc. since March 2, 2015. Ms. Tolivar has significant senior executive experience and finance expertise. She served in leadership positions with Ernst & Young, LLP from October 2007 to February 2015, including as Americas Director of Finance, Advisory, with responsibility for the leadership of finance, accounting and operations of a $3 billion client service organization in North and South America. Ms. Tolivar previously served as Chief Financial Officer of the Greater Memphis Arts Council from January 2006 to December 2008 and in a series of executive leadership positions with AutoZone, Inc. from 1996 to 2005. She is a graduate of Emory University.

Mr. Joseph Charles Gorman has been Executive Vice President of Operations at GNC Holdings, Inc., since March 07, 2017. Mr. Gorman served as Senior Vice President of Store Operations at GNC Holdings, Inc., from January to March, 2017 and Vice President, Western Division, from December, 2015 to January, 2017. Prior to joining GNC Holdings in 2015, Mr. Gorman served as President of Anomaly Republic, a clothing retailer headquartered in Southern California from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Gorman spent approximately six years at GameStop, an omni channel video game and electronics retailer, where he held various field leadership positions from 2009 to 2014 and approximately 16 years before that at The Home Depot, a home improvement retailer, where he held various operational roles in the field and headquarters.
