Mr. Robert Michael Falzon, also known as Rob, CFA, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Prudential Financial, Inc. since March 4, 2013. Mr. Scott G. Sleyster has been the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President at Prudential Financial, Inc. since February 2013 and May, 2012 respectively. Mr. Pelletier has been an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of U.S. Businesses at Prudential Financial, Inc. since April 4, 2014. He served as the President and Principal Executive Officer of Prudential Investments LLC. He served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Inc. Mr. Pelletier served as Senior Vice President at Prudential Annuities Life Assurance Corporation, Pruco Life Insurance Company of New Jersey and Pruco Life Variable Contract Real Property Account. Mr. Stuart Sherman Parker is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Officer-in-Charge at Prudential MoneyMart Assets, Inc. Mr. Parker has been the President at PGIM Investments LLC since January 2012, serves as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Officer-in-Charge. Mr. Parker is a Board Member of the Money Management Institute and Investment Company Institute and an Interested Director on the Retail Mutual Fund Board. He is a Director of Investment Management Consultants Association since February 2006. Mr. Parker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rollins College in Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management.

Ms. Gail Van Dalen has been Chief Marketing Officer of Individual Life Insurance at Prudential Financial, Inc. since February 2008. Ms. Caroline Feeney serves as President of Prudential Advisors of The Prudential Insurance Company of America, Inc. Ms. Feeney serves as President of Prudential Advisors at Prudential Financial, Inc. Ms. Feeney served as the President of Agency Distribution at Prudential Financial, Inc. since September 2012. Ms. Feeney served as Vice President of Eastern territory for Agency Distribution at Prudential Financial until September 2012. She has oversight for 14 agencies in nine states. She began her career with Prudential in 1993 where she held a number of positions in field sales management before moving to the corporate office. In previous roles she was responsible for the national recruitment and selection processes for field sales positions and training and development of field managers, financial professionals and planners. She is a member of the Board of Trustees of The American College, as well as a member of the Board's Executive Committee. Ms. Feeney graduated from Bucknell University, has an MBA from Columbia University and holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Financial Consultant designations.

Mr. Colin Mcconnell has been Chief Brand Officer of Prudential Financial, Inc. since December 2014. Mr. McConnell served as Head of Prudential Advertising since 2009. He joined Prudential in 1991 and played an integral role in defining and shaping the Prudential brand. During his career at Prudential, he served as an Executive Speechwriter and Creative Director of fully integrated in-house advertising agency. Mr. McConnell holds a Bachelor'S Degree in Political Science from Bucknell University.
