Co-workers are friendly, upper management is often confused with how bonuses, paid time-off, sick time off, resource planning, and training work. Basically they seem to bark orders but don't know how a company their size works. There is no training at any level outside of the exes and sales.

Team mates and coworkers are the best. There is a sense of it could be worse, so everyone digs their heels in and tries to make yearly challenges and financial targets successful.

AutoZone meets or beats their financial targets every year, for the past 8+ years. ALLDATA rarely meets their targets and uses every excuse possible to beg AutoZone to cover the loss. ALLDATA's comp package is only good if AutoZone is contributing.
