What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Agree to and communicate a realistic sales and product roadmap. Agree to financial EBIT and Revenue numbers that are achievable without RIF every four to five years.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
AutoZone meets or beats their financial targets every year, for the past 8+ years. ALLDATA rarely meets their targets and uses every excuse possible to beg AutoZone to cover the loss. ALLDATA's comp package is only good if AutoZone is contributing.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free coffee at the office, access to an older gym if you choose to use it, nice parking lot to walk around between meetings, working from remote due to COVID.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The hiring manager was friendly and explained the good and bad of the company in an upfront way. This turned out to be more truthful than I would've believed.

What makes you most happy at work?
Team mates and coworkers are the best. There is a sense of it could be worse, so everyone digs their heels in and tries to make yearly challenges and financial targets successful.
