The leadership team has high ethical and moral standards. this is very important to me. I also very much like that the leadership team communicates often and openly about the direction of the company.

My career does not feel like a "job" I truly feel like the people I work with, including my upper management, are more like family. God willing, I will retire from AAG. I could not imagine working anywhere else.

My team members and the fact that I know that I am working at at career that offers programs to Seniors that changes their lives for the better. I love helping people and this is exactly what I do every day!!!
