I appreciate the combination of salary and bonus. The salary is fair and commensurate with my experience. The bonus gives me the ability to be rewarded for the work I do and the contribution it makes to the overall performance of the company. It becomes an extra incentive to excel in my role.

As noted previously, it's the fact that the company values the people. I've worked at places where people were treated like cogs in a machine - used and spit out when they ceased to be "useful." At AAG, we are all valued and are treated as key assets to the organization and appreciated.
