It's been really great. From the day I interviewed to today many years later. I remember being impressed by the positive energy on the sales floor and as we've grown we've been able to maintain a healthy environment for people to be successful in. I've always felt supported.

The day I interviewed for the job I noticed that most of the employees were genuinely happy which stood out to me considering I've worked in lending for quite some time and the job itself can be challenging. Still to this day, many years later the same holds true... most of us love working here.
