AAG has been the best place I've ever worked. They really value their employees and employee development. I feel like an integral part of the business without being overwhelmed. I know my voice is heard although it sometimes can take a while for results I know that my opinion matters.

I love my team. I don't tell them enough how good they are. They perform efficiently and always come through at crunch time. They are committed to making good loans for AAG.

I like the 401K match. Insurance premiums are great for me as a single person (can't speak for families but for me they are very affordable). Bonus structure is fair and based on results and quality.
