
Dealing with the HR department
We all communicate regulatory, sharing successes and failures we've each experienced and collectively gather ideas as a team.
Having a position that is flexible and allows me the latitude and support to do what I do best.
Most everyone seems to get along and respect one another. The work environment is very supportive and open to ideas of others. Overall, the company is very supportive of it's employees.
As the company grows, it will seek recommendations how the company can grow or get better, from it's employees stand point. They often consider and occasionally implement or at least give it a try.
I'm not 100% happy with my compensation package. I feel that raises are not equally distributed fairly. In the case of equal positions who do the same job across the country, upper management seemingly gives slightly higher percentage increase and discretionary bonus's to those they favor.
