Start up company, in business for over five years. Still implementing initial procedures. Requires Supervisors to act as Trainers, Managers, and Peer Managers. Gender wage gap. Respect is hard fought and at times not given.
Upper management does not listen to subordinates. Often the needs and issues faced by tenants are deliberately ignored. We're told to put resident issues to the side. Our workload is absurd compared to management

American Homes 4 Rent need to terminate Philip Irby their CIO. He takes delight in firing staff without any care for their livelihoods, families, mortgages or ability to put food on the table. He ruined my life in minutes & I haven't been able to get work since March 2020. Stay clear of Philip Irby.

The technical interviews were done with staff members Margaret Grayson a lovely Indian lady & a really nice smart guy from the U.K Noel Ady who ran a U.K company called Gravity 9 Solutions. Both interviews went very well. Both Margaret & Noel were impressed with my answers & recommended I get hired.
