What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always listen and are very open about the companies goals and direction.

As the company grows, it will seek recommendations how the company can grow or get better, from it's employees stand point. They often consider and occasionally implement or at least give it a try.

Better communication skills and common sense.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock purchase program, and PTO package is one of the best ones i have seen. The pay for the work load is equal.

I'm not 100% happy with my compensation package. I feel that raises are not equally distributed fairly. In the case of equal positions who do the same job across the country, upper management seemingly gives slightly higher percentage increase and discretionary bonus's to those they favor.

Most everyone seems to get along and respect one another. The work environment is very supportive and open to ideas of others. Overall, the company is very supportive of it's employees.
