Mr. Robert W. Dumas, also known as Bob has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. since October 25, 2017. Mr. Dumas has been a Director of Birmingham Branch of Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta since January 1, 2014. Mr. Dumas has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of AuburnBank, subsidiary of Auburn National Bancorp., Inc. since 2001 and 1998 respectively. Mr. Dumas serves as President of Alabama Bankers Association. He joined AuburnBank in 1984 and served as vice president/commercial loan officer and senior vice president/lending. Mr. Dumas served as vice president/branch manager at AmSouth Bank from 1976 to 1984. He served as Chief Lending Officer of Auburn Bank, subsidiary of Auburn National Bancorp., Inc. from 1998 to 2001. He has been Vice Chairman of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. and Auburn Bank since 2013. He has been a Director of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. since 2001; Auburn Bank since 1997 and Alabama Bankers Association since 2005. Mr. Dumas serves as a Member of Executive Committee of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. Mr. Dumas graduated with high honors, receiving his bachelor's degree in business administration and finance from Auburn University in 1976 and he was a Phi Kappa Phi Honoree. He graduated from the School of Banking of the South, Louisiana State University in 1981.

Mr. David A. Hedges has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller at Auburn Bank since March 2014. Mr. Hedges has been the Chief Financial Officer of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. since June 12, 2007 and its Executive Vice President since December 1, 2015. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. since June 12, 2007 and also served as its Controller since 2006. He has been Senior Vice President of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. since April 2014. Mr. Hedges served as Chief Financial Officer of Auburn Bank since February 2008, Controller since 2006. Mr. Hedges served as a Vice President of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. until April 2014. and also serves as its Vice President. He served as an Assistant Vice President and Controller of the Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. and Auburn Bank since June 2007 and also served as Assistant Vice President of Controller of Auburn Bank since 2006. Mr. Hedges served at KPMG LLP, a global accounting firm, from 2002 to 2006. He is a member of First Baptist Church of Opelika. He joined AuburnBank since 2006. He is a certified public accountant, Hedges received a B.S. in business and a master of accountancy from Samford University.

Mr. Jerome B. Siegel has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. since 2008 and served as its Vice President since 2002.

Dr. C. Wayne Alderman serves as Secretary and Consultant for AuburnBank. Dr. Alderman served as Director of Financial Operations at Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. and served as Director of Financial Operations of its subsidiary, AuburnBank since 2000. He has been a Director of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. since 2004 and for its subsidiary Auburn Bank since 1993. Mr. Alderman is a professor and was the Dean of the College of Business, Auburn University, employed by Auburn University 1979.

Mr. William James Walker IV has been Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. and AuburnBank since December 1, 2015. Prior to joining Auburn, Mr. Walker worked for Carr, Riggs, & Ingram, LLC, ( CRI ), a regional public accounting firm, since 2004. At CRI, he served in various roles, as a Partner in its audit practice. He worked with clients in various industries at CRI, including banks, insurance companies and not-for-profits. Prior to CRI, Mr. Walker worked at KPMG LLP where he served in various roles from 2000 to 2004, as a Manager in the audit practice specializing in the financial services industry. Mr. Walker is a Certified Public Accountant.
