Mr. David A. Hedges has been Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Controller at Auburn Bank since March 2014. Mr. Hedges has been the Chief Financial Officer of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. since June 12, 2007 and its Executive Vice President since December 1, 2015. He served as Principal Accounting Officer of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. since June 12, 2007 and also served as its Controller since 2006. He has been Senior Vice President of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. since April 2014. Mr. Hedges served as Chief Financial Officer of Auburn Bank since February 2008, Controller since 2006. Mr. Hedges served as a Vice President of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. until April 2014. and also serves as its Vice President. He served as an Assistant Vice President and Controller of the Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. and Auburn Bank since June 2007 and also served as Assistant Vice President of Controller of Auburn Bank since 2006. Mr. Hedges served at KPMG LLP, a global accounting firm, from 2002 to 2006. He is a member of First Baptist Church of Opelika. He joined AuburnBank since 2006. Mr. Jerome B. Siegel has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. since 2008 and served as its Vice President since 2002.

Prior to CRI, Mr. Walker worked at KPMG LLP where he served in various roles from 2000 to 2004, as a Manager in the audit practice specializing in the financial services industry. Mr. Walker is a Certified Public Accountant.
