They want quality people at this company and they have tools for weeding the ones they dont want out. Its a tough process but what you get on the other side was worth the wait.

401k and vacation. I do believe I am compensated fairly within our company, however in comparison to ofher pay structures, I believe the little bit of shortcomings disinfranchises reps to strive for their fullest potential. There are some stresses of the job not considered for fair compensation.

Uplifting communication from all around. Some days we are all on a sinking ship and have to work towards the common goal of coming out on the other side alive. My team makes me most happy! We all have an understanding that to get it done we have to band together and hustle. The majority of days, wveryone brings their A game and we get it done. That kind of comaraderie cant usually be found. The fact that I get to work with the team at #860 makes me happy!
