comradery, culture, and team work
They work on making the people better, so they will be better prepared to help our customers.
Always motivating us to set goals just past where we believe we can reach. When we achieve them, it helps find a new self worth and raises your value! Leadership on a personal level is what you make of it. You can develope from it or carry a chip on your shoulder because you already know everything!
Their biggest joy is watching their employees grow personally and professionally.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leading by example and training their teams to know how to perform the works that is expected.

Management needs to get better at recognizing the difference between great sales people and great leadership. Just because someone is great at sales does not mean their skills are transferable or that they possess leadership qualities.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is probably slightly above average. Bonus can be good if you are a high performer. Profit sharing is an basically a 5-7% contribution to your retirement account(even if you don't put any money in). The benefits are pretty standard for what is expected these days.
401k and vacation. I do believe I am compensated fairly within our company, however in comparison to ofher pay structures, I believe the little bit of shortcomings disinfranchises reps to strive for their fullest potential. There are some stresses of the job not considered for fair compensation.
I make more than any of my previous jobs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. And i would likeore fair compensation. A better expectation on what each weeks hrs should be around (40 or 45 or 50 or 55?). Also would like to recieve better training.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is always there to help each other.
My imediate team is an amazing group of young men. They enjoy coming to work and making the most of each day. They push themselves to set their own new standards to thrive amongst their peers, and I thrive off of that! Go #860!! Show em your muscles for the rest of forever!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Local management takes a big interest in their staff.
Uplifting communication from all around. Some days we are all on a sinking ship and have to work towards the common goal of coming out on the other side alive. As a team we work hard and get thru it together. Staying positive in trying times isnt easy but when we come out on the other side, we won!!
Focus is high growth vs high profit.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Accountability, hold those who are subpar accountable for their actions whether it's in sales or service. Also have 1 on 1 discussions with employees to have them better grasp the goals and direction you'd like them to follow
What did you like most about the interview process?
They made everything seem like was all going to be fantastic
Made me feel comfortable there
I like that I got to shadow someone who works my position before I accepted the job offer.
They want quality people at this company and they have tools for weeding the ones they dont want out. Its a tough process but what you get on the other side was worth the wait.
Ride along day was required to see what the job was actually like.

What makes you most happy at work?
We have the love of our employers and we all care about one another
I like problem solving and the fact that I get to know all of the bar and restaurant owners and chefs in the area.
My team makes me most happy! We all have an understanding that to get it done we have to band together and hustle. The majority of days, wveryone brings their A game and we get it done. That kind of comaraderie cant usually be found. The fact that I get to work with the team at #860 makes me happy!

No contact with A.C. management when needed and failure to follow through whej requested by customers.

High turnover, lazy employees and terrible training which causes new employees to be doomed from the start and continues a vicious circle.
