Always motivating us to set goals just past where we believe we can reach. When we achieve them, it helps find a new self worth and raises your value! Leadership on a personal level is what you make of it. You can develope from it or carry a chip on your shoulder because you already know everything!

Communication the availability to help all of the employees if needed is far superior to any other company i worked for. Their is also a lot of room for internal promotion and development.

Management needs to get better at recognizing the difference between great sales people and great leadership. Just because someone is great at sales does not mean their skills are transferable or that they possess leadership qualities.
