Right now i dont feel positive at all. My team feel just as upset with the wrong direction leadership is taking which just increases administrative burden instead of empowerment to do things ourselves

The company is plagued with useless people managers who only consider themselves. Any policies on work life balance or other ways the company can make the work environment better are completely ignored by managers. Employees feel stressed and are always looking over their shoulder fearing firing.
