They need to get off their chair and walk to see what’s going on in the warehouse, usually they don’t know anything all they do is observe you over cam
Actually leading and motivating people and being more involved in supporting the employees. The managers are too busy with meetings.

The company is plagued with useless people managers who only consider themselves. Any policies on work life balance or other ways the company can make the work environment better are completely ignored by managers. Employees feel stressed and are always looking over their shoulder fearing firing.

The salary is not very good when looking at the workload and complexity if work. What is needed is a more clear job title and role definition and for the compensation to match what is payed in other similar roles in the market.
