So far so good, after 1 month in. I am finding a lot of things needing attention, but nothing insurmountable by any stretch.

Axicent has been a huge opportunity for me. There is always room for improvement as the employees at large is not always aware of critical changes. It would be nice to implement company wide procedures to help has go from a small business to large business.
