We are a relatively flat organization and it takes very little effort for me to find time on an SVP's or President's calendar if I need to get their support with something I need for my client.

The autonomy to operate as I wish as long as I stay within the guidelines of my client's contract. There is a lot of support from Senior Management to empower their teams to make the right decision for their clients.
