I like the variable part of my compensation package, and the fact that there are both individual and organizational goals. It pushes every single employee to give his very best, it makes the company grow, and at the end of the day it makes sure we make our customers happy.

They are very simple and generous people. Easy to talk with. They expect us to be high achievers, but they make sure to make us grow and that the goals are achievable. They always give constructive feedback. They take the time to take our team to the restaurant so that we have team lunches.

This is what I like the most about beqom. Every one is kind. Every one is happy to be there. Every one tries to add value to the company.There are not a lot of internal conflicts. The atmosphere is great, and it's a real pleasure to interact with every one in the beqom team.

People are positive. Our motto is "to make people happy", and the culture of beqom is to make sure that employees come first and are happy, because they know it is the best way to make us grow, stay productive, and better serve our customers. I love the fact that our CEO always starts with why.

My interactions with other members of the team. Our offices location is a great place to live. I love my job, and I am doing exactly what we agreed on during the interview. I love the fact that my manager and HR care about me, and provide me with a more flexible schedule when I need it.
