Balance between all components of the package

My first motivation is to be part of the adventure. My current compensation at Beqom is below what I used to have in previous banking sector. Base compensation is fine but retirement plan is at minimum.

Realistic targets for variable compensation

Very low benefits (noting above the legal bare minimum)

We do performance reviews twice a year and they are useless because we don't even get a raise if we do well and we shouldn't get 100% bonus

My team is good but the management is the problem

My team is tight-knit despite being spread across different offices. But each person is reliable and trustworthy to do more than just their job.

It was fast, I met with two people who would be senior to me and finished the process very quickly. It was less like an interview and more like a conversation with both of them.
