My first motivation is to be part of the adventure. My current compensation at Beqom is below what I used to have in previous banking sector. Base compensation is fine but retirement plan is at minimum.

I like the variable part of my compensation package, and the fact that there are both individual and organizational goals. It pushes every single employee to give his very best, it makes the company grow, and at the end of the day it makes sure we make our customers happy.
Very low benefits (noting above the legal bare minimum)
We do performance reviews twice a year and they are useless because we don't even get a raise if we do well and we shouldn't get 100% bonus
