Management organizes activites to boost morale
I love working at Boston Children's - it's satisfying work with great people for a great cause.
I love the work I do but I am sometimes frustrated by upper management. They tend to pile on when someone is talented but they don't compensate equivalent to the pile on. They also never address festering issues with bad employees until it blows up and then they go into damage control mode.
It's been a valuable year, everyone has been very supportive and there's a lot of opportunities.
They look out for each other.
