Bradford Health Services – A rep in Birmingham was very rude on the phone and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said good luck with that. After talking with other employees about this I was informed that this person and her supervisor are in a relationship. I wouldn't think Bradford would allow this.

Toxic - not somewhere anyone needs to work unless they can ignore daily the verbal abuse and disrespect from coworkers and supervisors.

What can this brand most improve?

Address systemic corruption and condescending coercive culture towards patients. This operation serves as an example of a toxic example of empowering staff that is poorly focused and prepared to address the needs of health care professionals. Amateur rating at best. Seek recovery help elsewhere.
