We all try to help & support each other.
A rep in Birmingham was very rude on the phone and when I asked to speak to her supervisor she said good luck with that. After talking with other employees about this I was informed that this person and her supervisor are in a relationship. I wouldn't think Bradford would allow this.
Address systemic corruption and condescending coercive culture towards patients. This operation serves as an example of a toxic example of empowering staff that is poorly focused and prepared to address the needs of health care professionals. Amateur rating at best. Seek recovery help elsewhere.
