They are always available and helpful

Leadership is nonexistent for Bradford.
Ethical leadership. They are not honest and unfortunately once an employee finds this out, they leave - evidenced by their extraordinarily high turnover rate.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company does not value there employees. Use us as pawns like a chess game. No clue about real recovery
Disrespect toward coworkers is intolerable.
No consistent - as a matter of fact, there hasn't been a match in 10 years. Health benefits, co-pays, deductibles, etc costs exceed the market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They act and work well as a team and are affective

Clean house and start over.

I am working for a great cause and can get thee answers we need most th as a team we are a strong company e time quickly and efficiently

The interviewer asked nothing of probative value - just needed another person on staff.

To help others and to se others get their lives back and get recovery

Decency toward each other and the patients.
Focus is solely on the bottom line and not congruent with solid patient care
