Focus is solely on the bottom line and not congruent with solid patient care
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Ethical leadership. They are not honest and unfortunately once an employee finds this out, they leave - evidenced by their extraordinarily high turnover rate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No consistent - as a matter of fact, there hasn't been a match in 10 years. Health benefits, co-pays, deductibles, etc costs exceed the market.
