The company has great benefits and pay, and I believe that for the most part they care about making their employees happy. However, I feel like upper management often loses focus of what really matters and often focus on non business related, idealistic projects and initiatives.

They are disconnected from the majority of employees. Too much time and too many resources are spent on initiatives that, in my mind, are not very constructive.

Workers here need greater challenges. Also, promotions are earned almost solely on seniority, but I think in a supposedly cutting edge industry leader like this they should be more merit based.
