It was great at first, but then they pile on the work. Typically, high performers get the additional work loads. Most of the time when someone leaves the company, their work is distributed out to the others. No work life balance. Higher level leaders are very hands-off too.
It has been a wonderful experience. It is a culturally rich organization.
