What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Its like family. Loving but has moments of disagreement which dont last long
What are some of the best things about your team?I do gave the best team in the world, we trust each other, we challenged each other and we have fun together
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Make advancement based on merit and not who you know.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Leading. A company of bosses with no leadership capabilities. I have seen a lot of very talented people come and go.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They are disconnected from the majority of employees. Too much time and too many resources are spent on initiatives that, in my mind, are not very constructive.
