Leading. A company of bosses with no leadership capabilities. I have seen a lot of very talented people come and go.
They are disconnected from the majority of employees. Too much time and too many resources are spent on initiatives that, in my mind, are not very constructive.
I believe my main department has been held to higher standards than other departments.
My department needs to improve communication. Also, meaningful tasks are not always distributed fairly.
Make advancement based on merit and not who you know.
Workers here need greater challenges. Also, promotions are earned almost solely on seniority, but I think in a supposedly cutting edge industry leader like this they should be more merit based.
