We do expect a lot of respect in the workplace. We work hard at making sure our communication remains very proffessional

Paying people. We would have so much more employee investment I'd they felt taken care of. Focus less on the frilly parties and lunches and focus on getting salaries across the company increased.

I feel undervalued because I am in every way that actually makes meaningful impact in my life. I will give absolute loyalty when I feel taken care of. Instead I feel like I'm one slip away from ruin. As this city grows I can't even afford rent to live where I work.
