We are building something very valuable at the ground level but the people working the hardest are the most under paid. It all comes down to pay really. We honestly don't care about executives with bloated salaries, we want our labor valued appropriately.

Paying people. We would have so much more employee investment I'd they felt taken care of. Focus less on the frilly parties and lunches and focus on getting salaries across the company increased.

Great health insurance rates that are further reduced for the hourly employees

I feel undervalued because I am in every way that actually makes meaningful impact in my life. I will give absolute loyalty when I feel taken care of. Instead I feel like I'm one slip away from ruin. As this city grows I can't even afford rent to live where I work.
