Mr. Moshe Eisenberg has been the Chief Financial Officer at Camtek Ltd. of Prior-Tech Ltd. since November 2011 and served as its Vice President. Mr. Eisenberg served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ex Libris Ltd. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Scopus Video Networks Ltd. (now Harmonic Video Networks Ltd.) since October 2005. He served as Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Unipier Ltd. since March 2005. He has more than a decade of financial management experience. From 2000 to 2005, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Spacenet Inc., a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. At Spacenet, he was responsible for streamlining Spacenet's financial processes, yielding balance sheet and cash flow improvements including raising $33 million through facilities sales and re-financing and more than $12 million in equipment lease programs. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Eisenberg served as the Controller of Spacenet Inc. From 1995 to 1999, he served as Director of Finance and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Gilat Satellite network Ltd. He was a Key Member of Spacenet management team, responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial planning functions for it. He was instrumental in assisting Gilat in the restructuring of nearly $350 million in debt financing into equity as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Eisenberg holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Tel Aviv University a B.Sc in Agricultural Economics from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Mr. Ramy Langer has been Chief Operating Officer at Camtek Ltd. since November 14, 2017. Mr. Langer served as Vice President of Semiconductors Division at Camtek Ltd. since February 2014 until November 14, 2017. Mr. Langer joind Camtek in January 2014 and leads its Semiconductors division. He co-founded Memories Ltd. and also serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He serves as Chief Executive Officer at Infinite Memories Ltd. He served as Executive at Tower Semiconductor Ltd. He was co-founder of the Fabless Infinite Memory and served as its Chief Executive Officer. He served as Vice President of Business Development at Spansion Israel Ltd. since January 2005 and served as its General Manager of Product Division. He served as Managing Director of Infineon Technologies Flash in Dresden for 2 years. He served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales of Tower Semiconductors since January 2000. He has over 25 years of experience in the semiconductors industry and held executive positions in Kulicke & Sofa in Israel and in the US. Mr. Langer served as Vice President Marketing and Sales for a start-up company. He serves as a Director of Infinite Memories Ltd. He holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel and an M.Sc. from Drexel University in Philadelphia.

Mr. Moshe Grencel , also known as Mono, has been a Vice President of Operations at Camtek Ltd. since January 2007. Mr. Grencel served as Chief Operating Officer of Lumenis Ltd. Mr. Grencel served as a Senior Vice President of Supply Chain Management of Delta Galil Industries Ltd. since 2004. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Grencel served as an Executive Vice President for Global Operations and Supply Chain of Lumenis Ltd. a medical device company. From 1998 until 2000 he served as a General Manager of Elscint Industrial Solutions. In the sixteen years before that he held several managerial positions in Elscint Ltd. Mr. Grencel holds a B.Sc in industrial and management engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
