Mr. Moshe Eisenberg has been the Chief Financial Officer at Camtek Ltd. of Prior-Tech Ltd. since November 2011 and served as its Vice President. Mr. Eisenberg served as the Chief Financial Officer of Ex Libris Ltd. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of Scopus Video Networks Ltd. (now Harmonic Video Networks Ltd.) since October 2005. He served as Vice President for Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Unipier Ltd. since March 2005. He has more than a decade of financial management experience. From 2000 to 2005, he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Spacenet Inc., a wholly owned U.S. subsidiary of Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd. At Spacenet, he was responsible for streamlining Spacenet's financial processes, yielding balance sheet and cash flow improvements including raising $33 million through facilities sales and re-financing and more than $12 million in equipment lease programs. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Eisenberg served as the Controller of Spacenet Inc. From 1995 to 1999, he served as Director of Finance and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Gilat Satellite network Ltd. He was a Key Member of Spacenet management team, responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial planning functions for it. He was instrumental in assisting Gilat in the restructuring of nearly $350 million in debt financing into equity as well as mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Eisenberg holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Tel Aviv University a B.Sc in Agricultural Economics from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
