Great company pre-merger, post merger there is a lot of chaos with VPs and CISOs wuiting priorities turn on a dime. Compensation is far worse than a public company, but we tend to buy multiple versions of the same tool so you can get experience you wouldnt get st a notmal company

Management listens to my ideas and supports trying new ways of doing things, they ask us for input and for the most part act on it. Management constantly asks me if i need any tools and supports me expiramenting on long shot ideas accepting that some will not work out
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
My Director is awesome and our CISO is great, but we have had three people in both roles in the last 12 months so it is hard to be efficient when priorities are constantly changing. Other managers and directors in the tower tange from good to terrible so getting on the right team is crucial.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Im underpaid compared to literally everyone i know that does an equivalent job and most of them are a level under me. We have l3 engineers that make 80k, and currently if you get promoted they try to only give you a 4% raise.. When i started there 15% was normal for a promotion. No RSUs or Option
