Catholic Health Initiatives Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

cooperation and feedback, teamwork, a listening ear

Posted 12 days ago

My Director is awesome and our CISO is great, but we have had three people in both roles in the last 12 months so it is hard to be efficient when priorities are constantly changing. Other managers and directors in the tower tange from good to terrible so getting on the right team is crucial.

The team at CHI works with a great deal of cohesion and always thinks of ways to better serve their employees and communities!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

To be more involved with staff , help when needed and get employees to do at least one their job title requires promote team work across all departments and arrange to let someone get trained in different areas

Review from Operations Dept

I couldn't tell you who are CEO is. Ive never seen him.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Just about everything across the board. Very passive aggressive, to deceptive they are also very much quick to fall behind company ethics which none of them follow.

Remember that we learn from example; asking the little people to work harder for less while your bonuses increase is not appropriate.
