Team is awesome my coworkers do a very good job
I have many task that are fast paced
no appreciation for job well done
The pay is very good, it's the moral of the workers and their attitude than make it a place to dread going to work
Management needs to seriously look at their number one and most important asset, their employees and take care of them. Look up Emotional Intelligence. If anyone actually reads this please read the short book "The Way of the Shepard" by DR. Kevin Leman & Bill Pentak. Business Changer.
