Coworkers Its a family. We take care of each other. At work and off. Management Not much. They need to be there for their employees. Stop being yes men that go in get a paycheck and go home. Cut out the B.S not add to it. ensure schedules are done in advance and hold company to project timelines

Simple value your employees. Exp. Employees working holidays when its a overtime day should get paid double pay not time 1.5. Simple things like providing finger foods every holiday to say hey we appreciate that your working and not with your families where you would rather be.

Unfortunately very little. If the company can start with the small things like making employees feel valued maybe things will get better. A company running as lean management as possible will never be able to have happy employees.
