I would like my job a lot more if I was paid more for the work I do and if we were all treated fairly and respectfully. We are never aware of anything going on and it is not right.

Honestly, I feel like our team is not always a team. I feel like there is always tension and no one is treated the same. We should all be equals and that is not how it is.

We are willing to do anything for patients but in the mean time employees get the bad end of the bargain and are not treated right. We are highly UNDER paid and it is killing a lot of people financially.

I don't feel like I am treated fairly. Others get to work at home while if I am sick I just have to use a PTO day and can't work remote but others in the office can. I don't not believe it is fair.

If everyone was treated fairly there would be no problems. If one person can do something we all should be able to as well. We are under paid and have no sick days while other employees are able to work at home and not use PTO. It is not right.

I don't believe this company treats all employees as equals. I think that it is wrong for some employees to be able to work remote while others have to stay in office 24/7. I think the management doesn't take into consideration all employees and we get treated as if we do not have things going on.
